The minimum order is 12 polos. Need more? We'll quote any quantity above 12.

Most orders are ready 5–7 business days after you approve your digital proof, plus shipping time. Rush options are available for an added fee.

Yes. Mix any sizes, plus men's and women's cuts, within the same order. Want more than one polo color? We'll include it in your quote.

Send whatever file you have. A vector file (AI,EPS, SVG or PDF) is best, but a clear PNG or JPG works too. We set your logo up for embroidery, and the setup for one logo is included in every package.

The standard spot is the left chest. Want a sleeve or back logo too? We'll add it to your quote.

Always. We send a digital proof showing your logo on your polo. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.

Every package includes 12 polos, one logo set up and embroidered on the left chest, sizing coordination and a digital proof. Sizes 2XL–3XL add $3 per polo, and 4XL and up add $8 per polo. Shipping and applicable sales tax are added to your quote.

Most teams choose Professional: a name-brandperformance polo at a fair price. Essential is a great fit for everyday wear on a tighter budget. Premium is for client-facing staff and leadership who want a top-tier polo. Not sure? Choose "Not sure, help me choose" on the form, and we'll recommend one.

Yes. Send your tax-exempt certificate with your order, and we won't charge sales tax.

We keep your logo file and garment details on record. When new team members join, just tell us the sizes, and we'll match your original order.

Yes. Hats, quarter-zips, jackets, T-shirts and more can be added to your order or quoted separately.
