Artwork & Product Questions


Outline (vector) art files are preferred — such as .ai, .eps, or .psd — because they reproduce your logo cleanly at any size. High-quality .pdf files are usually acceptable as well. If you only have a hard-copy version of your logo, we can convert it to a digital file, though additional charges may apply. When in doubt, send us what you have and we’ll let you know.

Color samples shown on the website are a guide only. Due to differences between screen displays and physical printing processes, slight color variations can occur. If an exact color match is critical to your project, we recommend ordering a pre-production sample or proof before going into full production. Just let us know and we’ll arrange it.

Yes — and we strongly encourage it for larger or event-critical orders. We will provide a digital proof for your approval before any order goes into production. For color-sensitive projects, a physical pre-production sample can also be arranged (sample fees may apply). Nothing goes to print without your sign-off.

Imprint colors vary by item and manufacturer. If you need a specific PMS color match, we can usually accommodate it, though a PMS charge may apply. We’ll advise you of any additional costs before the order is confirmed.

We’re happy to provide one spec sample per product so you can evaluate quality and workmanship before committing to a full order. Additional samples beyond the first are available for a sample fee, or by moving directly into a production order.

Ordering & Minimums


Minimums vary by product type:

  • Screen-printed apparel: 12 pieces minimum
  • Embroidered apparel: 6 pieces minimum
  • Promotional products (non-apparel): minimums vary by item — many products have no minimum or a minimum as low as 1 piece. We’ll confirm the minimum when you request a quote.

Most standard orders ship within 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Timelines vary by product, quantity, and time of year — holiday seasons tend to run longer. If you have a firm event date or deadline, let us know upfront and we’ll confirm whether it’s achievable or recommend a rush option.

Set-up and/or tooling charges may apply depending on the production method and item selected. For reorders, set-up fees are usually reduced. Some items have no set-up fee at all. We’ll always advise you of any charges before your order is confirmed — no surprises.

Yes — we ship throughout the continental United States. While we’re based in Troy, Michigan and love working with local businesses, many of our clients are located across the country. Everything is handled remotely with the same personal service our local clients receive.

Please note that because promotional products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than a quality or production defect.
