Using Promo Well

Recently, my husband took one of our sons to a local financial institution to open a bank account. I could not make it that day, but he reported that the branch manager and the service representative were wonderful and they treated our son very well. On top of their fantastic service, they gave him a promotional tote bag full of goodies. A few days later, he received a package in the mail. We were all in suspense trying to figure out who was sending our son a package. As it turns out, the financial institution had sent out a logoed box full of snacks. We were very impressed. And as a promo distributor, I have to admit that I was wowed and happy that they treated our son with great care. Those are the kind of experiences that you can create for your customers with promo in addition to your fantastic service. Their kindness inspired our loyalty and turned what some may usually consider a mundane experience (going to the bank to handle business) into a delightful customer experience. What a great example of using promo well!
